David Shephard, Musical Director |
 David Shephard came to Aberdeen in 1989. He studied Music at Northern College of Education and has worked as an accompanist to various vocal coaches and artists throughout Britain ( Kate Hughes, Ian Adam, Grace Kennedy, Anita Harris etc).
He is a singer/songwriter and has composed for other artists; including Fiona Kennedy and Donnie Munro. David lectures in Perfoming Arts and Vocal Studies at Angus College He has a long association with Banchory Singers with over ten years as their accompanist and is delighted to change roles and become their Musical Director. David is looking forward to welcoming new members and adding to Banchory Singers' varied repertoire. |
